Britannia and Liberty Gold Bullion Coins
The British Royal Mint and the United States Mint worked together to create the Britannia and Liberty coin. In this project, these two historic Mints have come together in a ground-breaking creative partnership, featuring the talent and skills of each mint's Chief Engraver to produce a design featuring both Liberty and Britannia. United States Mint Chief Engraver Joseph Menna and The Royal Mint Chief Engraver, Gordon Summers, have created a stunning design celebrating the harmony of the figures while giving each equal prominence in the design. The U.S. Mint will produce the Liberty and Britannia version which will feature the same design that appears on the reverse of the British coin. The Gold Britannia/Liberty has a purity level at .9999 fine and are minted at The Royal Mint.

Obverse: His Majesty King Charles III with inscriptions CHARLES III, D.G. REX. F.D. and 100 POUNDS.
Reverse: Showcases Britannia and Liberty in right-profile relief. Britannia wears her iconic Corinthian helmet and holding a trident and Liberty is shown with flowing hair and stars and holding a torch. Inscriptions include BRITANNIA AND LIBERTY, 1 OZ, 999.9 FINE GOLD and 2024.
