How do I return an Item?
- We accept Returns for up to 5 business days after you receive your order on Products eligible for Return.

100% Customer Satisfaction is our most important goal - all of our products are completely guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email at order@libertycoin.com. All Returns or Exchanges must be requested in writing. We cannot process your request for a Return or an Exchange via a Phone Call.
- We offer Returns on certain Items EXCEPT Bullion products. Orders for Bullion products cannot be Cancelled or Returned for any reason. Some items may incure a $35 restocking fee and a market loss fee.

Returned Items must be unopened and returned in their complete original product packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.

In some cases we may be able to Exchange the product depending upon the circumstances. If you are interested in an Exchange please contact us via email at order@libertycoin.com

If you need to return an Item that is eligible for return, please initiate a Return or Exchange Request by sending an email to order@libertycoin.com.com. Requests for Returns or Exchanges must be submitted via email and cannot be processed via Phone Call.
