The reverse of each round is inscribed with SECOND AMENDMENT and "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." and stamped with the weight and purity of the round. The outer rim is in inscribed with NO FREE MAN SHALL EVER BE DEBARRED THE USE OF ARMS and THOMAS JEFFERSON.
