Coin Designs
The obverse (heads side) design of the 2007 Jamestown $5 Gold Coin features Captain John Smith greeting an American Indian carrying a bag of corn.
The reverse (tails) design is a current rendering of Jamestown Memorial Church, the only remaining original structure in Jamestown.
